Miley Cyrus tips her hat to the rowdy crowd at the 2009 Teen Choice Awards held at the Gibson Amphitheatre on Sunday night (August 9) in Universal City, Calif.The 16-year-old starlet performed her new hit single, “Party In The USA.”
Miley also tweeted, “Gave a hug to Rob Pattinson today. Ok girls I get it now. So cute. Sorry ‘Robby’ bout all my bashing in my past.”
